Squat Counter is an application that help you continue squatting every day.
You use SquatCounter in the following process.

・Set your goal
・Record your action
・Taste your result

Before you start squatting, you set your goal.
There are two types of goals.
The number of times per squat and the number of the sets in the period.

The former is the number of times that you perform every day.
For the latter you set start date, end date and the number of the sets in the period.
To increase your motivation, you can set your reward to get your goal.
For example, you can set your reward a large glass of beer.

Next is to record action.
SquatCounter will record your result automatically if you will have iPhone in your hand.
If you get your goal, you can see a double circle on weekly calendar.

Then lets taste your result.
Squat counter has some methods to taste your result.
